In this first month, you can expect to take a gentle but powerful inventory of where you're at and set clear intentions and goals for the next few months. The focus is to restore balance in your nervous system through nutrition, hydration, movement, rest and simple regulation tools; increasing your energy and productivity, while reducing stress and overwhelm , all so that you can start to find your flow again. We will also begin to redefine what success means to you, because this time, it's not just about outer material success!

month 1 

Restore

This month is all about reconnecting - with yourself, your creativity and all the things that truly light you up. You will identify your core needs and start cultivating more ease, freedom and joy in your day to day. Expect to take a full life inventory, looking at what's working, what's not and slowly starting to detox anything  that no longer serves you. The aim is to create more space and ease in your day to day so that you can focus productively on the things that really matter without stress and overwhelm.

MONTH 2 

Reconnect

This month is all about getting to the root of what's holding you back, keeping you stuck and making you feel stressed and overwhelmed. This is where we'll start tackling fears, perfectionism, limiting beliefs and old patterns; and where you begin to rewire your brain and nervous system for the changes you want to make in life. You will slowly begin to increase your resilience and cultivate more confidence and courage to step into this next season of life with a greater sense of clarity, ease and calm.

mONTH 3 

Rewire

This month is about aligning with your core wants and needs; and to create a clear vision for what comes next in your career and in life. Together we will create a roadmap with tangible next steps and achievable goals to allow you to move forward in a productive and sustainable way; ensuring that you are equipped with all the tools and resources to make it happen with as much ease and least amount of stress possible. We will also take some time so celebrate your many successes up until this point and discuss any continued support requirements you may have.

How is holistic executive coaching different to executive coaching?

The focus of traditional executive coaching is often on your career, leadership skills, performance and productivity; and primarily uses mindset work to achieve results. Holistic executive coaching is much broader and starts with optimising your nervous system and improving brain health .  It uses tools from neuroscience, psychology, medicine, movement, and human design; and looks at every aspect of your life, with an equal focus on body and mind for optimal results.  

how do i know if this is right for me?

This is for you if you you have been feeling stuck, know that something needs to change and you are ready to be held accountable and to put in the work (because yes - there will be homework!). And if you want a coach but also a confidant and an advisor who has been where you are and understands that it's not always possible to work less, or quit a job or say no to your CEO / Chairman / Client etc.  My approach is all about keeping things simple and practical yet effective.

how do the coaching process work in practice?

We start with a 1:1 to take stock of where you are at, set intentions and goals. For the duration of our time together, and to achieve best results, we will meet twice a month for for our 60-min 1:1 calls and after each session you will be given some action points, homework and if necessary any personalised resources needed. In between sessions, you will have access to me via voice note on WhatsApp for any questions and additional support that you may need.

why do you work with clients for 4 months?

I care deeply about my clients and want to see them succeed and achieve the transformation and results they are looking for, and the truth is that this does not happen overnight! Real change and sustainable results take time and four months gives us enough time together to allow for the best possible results. For many clients however, four months may not feel like it's enough and in those instances we discuss and agree the most suitable support option for them going forward, which can include a longer coaching container, or one-off support sessions. Everything about my approach is personalised and bespoke and if we decide to work together, we will find the  best suitable option for you!
